Can you give a list of dermatologist practicing in Sta.Rosa Laguna,Philippines?

A suggested good source: the Philippine Dermatological Association.

They can give you the names of dermatologists practicing in any location in the Philippines. And through them, you'll be able to determine who is qualified and can properly handle your dermatological issues. Can you give a list of dermatologist practicing in Sta.Rosa Laguna,Philippines?
Many thanks!

My derma, is at Makati Med, is excellent. Her warning to me: never allow anyone to do anything to my face that would permanently change it without first getting a second opinion. Reason: once you've cut, it's irreversable Report Abuse

  • Dermatologist or general physician?

I need to get an abscess looked at, possibly drained (that is if it doesn't rupture first), and treated further then antibiotics (this is the 2nd time getting one in the same area in a 1 yr. time span...think anti-biotics aren't going to be the only thing I need...obveously they didn't work that last time). Should I call a dermatologist or general physician?Dermatologist or general physician?
General physician - they actually have more experience with this than dermatologists, and they also due minor procedures like draining abcesses. Make sure they culture it for MRSA since the abscess came back.Dermatologist or general physician?
just your family doctor should be able to take care of it

if they feel they cannot treat it properly *which they should be able to* then they will refer you to a dermatologist
any physician can do it, you can also do it at any ER center near by you..

    be well!
You'll want to see a surgeon if the abscess needs draining.

    Dermatologist reccommended Zeno?

How much is it, where can I find it, and is it worth it?

Any additional info you have would be helpful also.Dermatologist reccommended Zeno?
    $150.

    walgreens.

i'm trying to figure out if it's worth it too. rofl.

it's supposed to make a pimple go away somewhere between 2-24 hours i think.

go to www.myzeno.com and then read more about it there.Dermatologist reccommended Zeno?
It costs $150 for the product and for 60 refill cartridges (60 additional treatments) is $50

You can buy it at any drug store including CVS

I'm not sure if its worth it- never tried it
It is over $100 dollars. The ad's I've seen claim to clear a pimple in 3 days, but if you have a pimple that you just leave alone and don't pick at it will be gone in three days. Honestly, I've never heard of a more stupid product in my life.

I want to be a dermatologist, what steps should i take?

Im a senior in high school, i just started. I want to be a dermatologist...is there things i should be looking at? a dermatologist is a medical doctor who specializes in treating disorders of the skin. Hence, you'd need to attend an undergraduate school, obtaining training in the proper courses of chemistry, biology, math, as well as the rest of the well-rounded liberal arts categories. Then you'd have to attend four years of medical school, an internship and preferably a residency in medicine (or surgery) and then, if you're lucky, be accepted into a dermatology three year residency program. I say ';lucky'; because the dermatology residency admission is the most difficult of all residencies to get iin to in the country. So, not only would you have to go thru all of the above schooling, but you'd have to be the top student in your class in order to be considered for the residency program. Many programs, in fact, will only accept applications from those people who have obtained both the M.D. and PhD degrees. So, if you're willing and able to put in the effort, then best of luck to you.I want to be a dermatologist, what steps should i take?

I take Microdox (Doxycycline) DT tables for acne, suggested by the Dermatologist in Sri Lanka.?

I take Microdox (Doxycycline) DT tables for acne, suggested by the Doctor. Doctor prescribed me to take this tablet for 6 months. When I stopped to take this tablet, acne is forming. So I'm continuously taking this tablet for 2 years. I want to know whether it is harmful to my health. But it is very effective to acne.

I'm anticipating reply.I take Microdox (Doxycycline) DT tables for acne, suggested by the Dermatologist in Sri Lanka.?
Oral antibiotics given for acne treatment are effective, but there are side effects to constantly being on antibiotics. Overuse of antibiotic can lead to antibiotic resistance. This makes ';super bugs'; that are difficult to treat.

Have you ever tried accutane? It has many side effects when you are on it, but 6 months of treatment usually is all you need.I take Microdox (Doxycycline) DT tables for acne, suggested by the Dermatologist in Sri Lanka.?

You could go to your primary physician %26amp; they can refer you to the proper one to see.
