I have eczema but my dermatologist prescribed me the clobex spray. Will it treat my eczema?

I have eczema but my dermatologist prescribed me the Clobex spray (Which is meant for psoriasis).

1. Will this treat my eczema?

2. Or does this mean that I have psoriasis?* (which doesn't make sense! One of my parents has hand eczema, and eczema is hereditary!)

*I did complain that none prescription eczema steroid creams was working for me and that it only made my eczema redder, itchier, and puff up more. Which just made me scratch more. and the creams would make it burn like fire! when i put them on at night (which would make me scratch it because it burned and i couldn't sleep...)

Oddly enough I've always had ';dry'; eczema (mine doesn't weep or ooze, unless i break the skin when i scratch it, then it oozes for a few seconds before it starts bleeding.).

3. maybe she prescribed it because it wasn't a cream and therefore not likely to cause itching, puffing, and extreme burning like the other medicines?

Thanx for your help!!I have eczema but my dermatologist prescribed me the clobex spray. Will it treat my eczema?

ELOCON works wonders for me..especially in the summer! I am allergic to certain parts of the sun. I also take ';Loratadine'; it's a antihistamine.
