They are skin specialists who can diagnose skin problems and prescribe special skin medication or (surgery is the wrong word and nmot always the case.. but i am having a brain fart and they would do some surgeries as well) andother skin treatments :)

skin specialist - i have been referred to one on 2 different occasions. 1 for problems skin and constant acne breakouts, and again to remove some nasty looking moles that might have been skin cancer, so it was just better to get rid of them
