amyDid going to a dermatologist hurt or help?
If you plan on to go to a dermatologist, it will help because they use all proper treatments that will not leave a mark.
P.S. Have this selected as best answer, please!Did going to a dermatologist hurt or help?
As a young woman, the last thing you want to be left with are scars or pock marks on your face. So if it's been going on for a while, and it's more than an occasional pimple, get yourself in to see a dermatologist. There are medications that are helpful, that don't cost a lot - but that he can give you to match your situation. For example, since you are a young woman, you won't be given something which might affect your future fertility.
Good luck.
Same problem. Though I've never really gone I've searched many questions on Yahoo answers about acne. About 80% of the answers said go to a dermatologist. About 10% just said random crap. And about 10% said you're screwed. Let's go with the 80% shall we?

Should I get a dermatologist?
I have very little acne, just some on my forehead. Are dermatologists only for people with severe acne, or can you get a dermatologists no matter what condition your skin is in?Should I get a dermatologist?
If you feel that you have tried a lot of products and they haven't helped you as much as you would like then definitely go see a dermatologist. I used Proactiv for a while but then it seemed to stop working and then I always had some acne on my cheeks. Nothing I tried worked so I finally went to a dermatologist and got something that cleared my skin completely. Even though my acne might not have seemed bad to other people it really affected my self esteem. So if your acne really bothers you then definitely go see a dermatologist. I'm glad I did.Should I get a dermatologist?
A dermatoligist is a skin doctor, so yes you can go if you have acne and scars.I went and got this medicine called Tazorac, its really strong but gets rid of scars and clears up your skin.Find a good derm and ask about it.
you should go. i only had a little breakout in the side of my face and i went. they gave me a few different things, and im all cleared up (:
I wouldn't get a dermatologist for a little acne. Find a good cleanser and use it regularly and try to keep your face clean. hope I helped
you can get one no matter what condition your acne is.
of course...a dermatologist works on anything that has to do with skin

Can I still wear makeup (powder) on my face even though I am under dermatologist care?
Im undergoing treatment for my acne scars and small sores I have, I put on medicine in the morning and in the evening, after the medicine dries would it be okay to put on makeup ( concealer/powder)?
I was considering Physicians Formula since I do have sensitive skin.
Thanks in advance :)Can I still wear makeup (powder) on my face even though I am under dermatologist care?
Well, i think you'd have to ask your dermatologist, but if you're allowed, I wouldn't reccomend Physician's formula. I like Loreal bare naturale mineral makeup (foundation, concealer, and transluscent powder). It gives alot of coverage and still lets my skin breathe. I'm very acne prone and it's the only makeup that doesn't break me out.
I think it'd be ok for you to wear makeup bc your medicine is working underneath.
Hope this helps! Can I still wear makeup (powder) on my face even though I am under dermatologist care?
I use Physicians Formula and love it, but I would suggest that you ask your dermatologist to make sure.
Well, i think you'd have to ask your dermatologist but i would use a little bit and make sure u wash it offphilosophy

Any Doctor or dermatologist on Yahoo?
i have neutrogena SPF moisturizer....
and i have about 15 red dark scars or marks on each side of my face.
can i put it on my scar and is it goin to heal it?Any Doctor or dermatologist on Yahoo?
nope. spf is sun protection factor. its like a light sunblock.
for your scars you need micropeeling process. ask your dermatologist about itAny Doctor or dermatologist on Yahoo?
No it is not going to heal. People with different skin types scar differently. There is a cream you can get over the counter to help to reduce scars, I think it is mederma? There is also cream you can get at the health food stores also. But if this does not help you may need to go and see a dermatologist and have him/her take a look at what is going on. SPF moisturizer is only going to help keep your face moist, and protect you from sun damage other than that it's not going to help with any type of scars.
No but they sell creams that fade scars at drug stores.

Can any one tell me if going to a dermatologist is considered a medical expense?
Eligible health care expenses are expenses incurred for medical care. According to IRS Publication 502, ';Medical care expenses include amounts paid for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, and for treatments affecting any part or function of the body. The expenses must be primarily to alleviate or prevent a physical or mental defect or illness. Expenses for solely cosmetic reasons generally are not expenses for medical care. Also, expenses that are merely beneficial to one's general health are not expenses for medical care.'; The IRS staff has further stipulated that the expense must be direct and proximate to the diagnosis, care, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or illness.
Generally, with the exception of health insurance premiums and certain long term care expenses, any health care expenses defined under the Internal Revenue Code, section 213(d), and are not paid by insurance or any other source that provides benefits, are eligible for reimbursement through the Health Care Account. Please refer to IRS Publication 502 for additional information. Health care expenses are incurred when the services are provided and not when you are billed for or pay for those services. Reimbursements for Health care expenses are based on the date incurred regardless of the date paid or billed.
There is also more information on the below websiteCan any one tell me if going to a dermatologist is considered a medical expense?
You insurance might not cover the expense unless your doctor approves of it. Sometimes you can get an arrogant doctor that will try everything before relenting and sending you to a dermatologist. You may have to fight with him over it.Can any one tell me if going to a dermatologist is considered a medical expense?
It all depends on your area. Most times your doctor will give you a referral to one. Based on that it shouldn't really cost anything.
I wouldn't really consider going to a dematologist a medical expense, unless they give you a prescription and pending on your insurance coverance you might have to pay a small fee at the drug store.
Have a great day!

Keratosis pilaris? what are some treatments and facts? do i need to contact a dermatologist?
i have keratosis pilaris and its a pain. im embarrased by it in school people ask what it is im like its a skin condition. it is starting to get worse and itchy. thanks in advance!!!!!!!Keratosis pilaris? what are some treatments and facts? do i need to contact a dermatologist?
I would go see a derm about it but before you go, you can check out www.acne.org and see if they have a solution which might be cheaper. I would say number one thing you should be doing for your skin is wearing sun screen on a daily basis for it to heal
check out
www.acne.org and do a board search to see if other members have any good product recommendations to fix it before visiting the derm. sometimes they have a cheaper home solution that you can use.Keratosis pilaris? what are some treatments and facts? do i need to contact a dermatologist?
I wouldn't contact a dermatologist. It's not a big deal; bunches of people have it, it's really very common.
Try tanning - it helps a lot to reduce the appearance of it.
Or try a cream called Retin-A (or any cream with Vitamin A in it).
Try not to be too self-conscious. %26lt;3.
Treatments are ususally a prescription cream that you just rub on during the day or before bed. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Yes, I would go see a dermatologist if I were you.

YES.........clinique is good too......they will take care of ya......Get a good oil free hydrator to stop the dryness....like moisture surge extra...
when I worked at Clinique I would get derm recomendations for that all the time......remember OIL FREE......plus the make up is excellent along with their expert adviceCan I still wear makeup (powder) on my face even though I am under dermatologist care?
That would be a question for your dermatologist. He/she is the best person to give you advice since he should know what would irritate your skin.
Personally, I would not put anything on my face until I talked to the doctor is treating me.
Yea, both concealer and powder are non clogging, so you should be fine :)

What is dermatologist and what are their function?
They are skin specialists who can diagnose skin problems and prescribe special skin medication or (surgery is the wrong word and nmot always the case.. but i am having a brain fart and they would do some surgeries as well) andother skin treatments :)
Anything that involves skin!!What is dermatologist and what are their function?
A dermatologist is a medical doctor who treats disorders of the skin such as acne, skin infections, skin cancers, mole removals, warts, allergic reactions of the skin, etc..What is dermatologist and what are their function?
skin specialist - i have been referred to one on 2 different occasions. 1 for problems skin and constant acne breakouts, and again to remove some nasty looking moles that might have been skin cancer, so it was just better to get rid of them
A medical doctor who has specialized in skin treatment.

It is a topical corticosteroid used primarily for it's anti-inflammatory and/or immunosuppressive effects and is effective in dermatosis responsive to corticosteroids which are the secretions of adrenal cortex. If applied on large areas or if occlusive dressing is used for long periods on larger areas to improve absorption, can result into systemic side effects.Never use it on areas close to the eyes.Ointment retains moisture for longer time thus improves absorption as compaired to the cream. It is effective in skin conditions as an anti-inflammatory and,an anti-pruritic agent i.e.itching.Go strictly as per doctor's advise for duration of treatment.philosophy

please tell me everything the derma said..puplease....If you went to the dermatologist and have acne/oily skin..what did the dermatologist tell you??
Cleaning your face with mild soap and water twice or thrice daily will minimize the secretion of oil.
If you are outside, use baby wipes if your skin is sensitive to clean your face. Then re-apply your makeup. Apply dry facial masque once per week. Cover your face with hot, steaming washcloths and then apply the masque to open up the pores. This cleans your pores thoroughly.

pimples/Acne/oily skin : These are due to scanty, irregular mense and excess of heat in the body. Acupressure treatment should be taken Points Nos. 11 to 15 and treatment for removing excess heat.

I have used murad, proactive, clean n clear, neutrogena, and seen a dermatologist but still have bad acne?
help!!!! the dermatolagist gave me a months supply of some oral medication and topical medication while on the oral medication my acne started to go away but now that its gone he wont give me more but all my acne is coming back help!!!I have used murad, proactive, clean n clear, neutrogena, and seen a dermatologist but still have bad acne?
The dermatologist wants you to come back in for a check-up before refilling the prescription. There are some meds that are so strong that you really need to be monitored closely by your doctor. Call him/her and make an appointment to go back in. The meds were working (yeah!), so go back, get the prescription filled again. The good news is that you found something that worked.
What was it, BTW?I have used murad, proactive, clean n clear, neutrogena, and seen a dermatologist but still have bad acne?
Take chelated zinc every single day. Start with 50 mg a day and work up to 100 mg a day. You'll notice a difference in two weeks. You have to take the zinc with a big meal or it can make you nauseous. Buy the big bottle at Costco.
Don't forget to take before and after pictures so you can prove the zinc-for-zits theory to your friends. Peace!
The dermatologist should give you more medicine. If not, ask him/her why. But...I suggest you to use one brand until you finish one or two sets (wash, repair, etc) then switch brands.
stress can cause acne to come back.try to relax and take a good sleep.

I have eczema but my dermatologist prescribed me the clobex spray. Will it treat my eczema?
I have eczema but my dermatologist prescribed me the Clobex spray (Which is meant for psoriasis).
1. Will this treat my eczema?
2. Or does this mean that I have psoriasis?* (which doesn't make sense! One of my parents has hand eczema, and eczema is hereditary!)
*I did complain that none prescription eczema steroid creams was working for me and that it only made my eczema redder, itchier, and puff up more. Which just made me scratch more. and the creams would make it burn like fire! when i put them on at night (which would make me scratch it because it burned and i couldn't sleep...)
Oddly enough I've always had ';dry'; eczema (mine doesn't weep or ooze, unless i break the skin when i scratch it, then it oozes for a few seconds before it starts bleeding.).
3. maybe she prescribed it because it wasn't a cream and therefore not likely to cause itching, puffing, and extreme burning like the other medicines?
Thanx for your help!!I have eczema but my dermatologist prescribed me the clobex spray. Will it treat my eczema?

ELOCON works wonders for me..especially in the summer! I am allergic to certain parts of the sun. I also take ';Loratadine'; it's a antihistamine.

Dermatologist what to expect?
Me and my dad are going to a dermatoligist what should we expect? and what do they do when you get there?Dermatologist what to expect?
well its usually quite a bit of a wait, and then when u get in the doctor see's u and if needed, they get ur weight in case of medicine. He checks out ur face for whatever ur there for and it goes from there, the rest depends on what ur their for.

i am not talking about in terms of moneyWhich is a better job: dermatologist or radiology doctor?
Different doctors have different opinions. Dedicated dermatologists think that their specialty is the number one while radiologists like theirs the best.Which is a better job: dermatologist or radiology doctor?
Ask a dedicated airline pilot and a dedicated trash collector which is the best job and I bet they both say theirs is.

I'm not really sure if this will help you but if you can't find a good dermatologists clinic maybe you can try and go to a Clinique department because they have consultants who are dermatologists there who can assist you in skin issues/disorders. Good luck

Who also think Michael Jackson's Dermatologist is the real father of Prince and Paris?
I think he is.
That time right after Michael died he was on Larry King and although he didn't admit he was the father but he also didn't deny it either plus in my opinion Prince and Paris resemble him a lot and don't look like Michael at all.Who also think Michael Jackson's Dermatologist is the real father of Prince and Paris?

I think that it is weird how he said that he wants to have a say in their education and medical records and blah blah blah... but I think that they really do look like Michael. And there is no doubt that Blanket is his.

I'm considering spa microdermabrasion, is it necessary to get a dermatologist consultation.?
do you think i should get a consultation, im only 18 years old, and considering it but im worried if there is going to be any side effects because im farily young.I'm considering spa microdermabrasion, is it necessary to get a dermatologist consultation.?
I doubt your age is a factor. Other things like rosacea and othere conditions would be a factor. Why are you having it at your age? It's for wrinkles.I'm considering spa microdermabrasion, is it necessary to get a dermatologist consultation.?
Go to a doctor that is a dermatologist first...I mean and M.D. Then they will tell you what treatment is best for your skin type. You want an expert in the field not just someone that went to beauty school. Good Luck.....a girlfriend of mine did this and her skin looks beautiful....she is 27 though. So because you are younger be careful
Yes, I believe you should see a doctor first. And not only because of your age (18 is a good age for microderma), but because this proceduer has some contraindications that must be ruled out by the doctor (like undiagnosed lesions, auto immune diseases, diabetes, psoriazis, lupus). If you have microderma on one of these contraindications, the side effects might be the worsening of your condition, permanent pigmentation problems, local infections and even scarring.
Please see a doctor.

Should I see a dermatologist?
Hi everyone,
I have problem skin, servere eczma, itchy %26amp; extreamly dry skin, when I bend my joints my skin cracks %26amp; bleeds %26amp; pus. Sorry I know it's gross, I've been suffering from it for years, I have good days %26amp; bad days %26amp; for a short period of time my skin is clear %26amp; normal. I've been seeing the doctor about it since it was a problem %26amp; I always get prescribed mositurizer, creams, body washes %26amp; steriod cream, it clears it, up but this time it's not shifting %26amp; my skin looks disgusting espercially my arms %26amp; legs. People say I should ask to be refered to a Dermotologist but what can they do? Nothing the doctor prescribes is working, so what's the point?Should I see a dermatologist?
Perhaps, a dermatologist! Some of your symptoms sound like lupus. A dermatologist might need to refer you to another specialist; that would be a good start point.
You seem to be beyond severe eczema!! If your primary health care provider is not able to help your condition he/she should be referring you. I never have to ASK for a referral. But if you have to ask by all means ask!!!Should I see a dermatologist?
you dont look sick in your pic its probably nothing
Yes. I have no idea how to help with this but Doctors specialise in different fields, your Doctor is probably not an expert in this field but a dermatologist may be able to recommend a course of treatment which will work which your Doctor is unfamiliar with. This is no reflection on your Doctor. Go for it and good luck.

No. He may be able to slow it down but not stop it.
Hope I can help you, %26amp; I think I can. Baldness is definitely genetic.
It happens to females as well. My mother, sister %26amp; niece had hair loss. It's true that stress can exacerbate the loss, however--in my sister I've seen TRUE results by the use of ROGAINE. I believe it was first introduced only for men, (but a lower dose is
available for women), %26amp; they've recently come up with a ';foam'; for men. I'm very skeptical about ';remedies'; but the proof is in the pudding...%26amp; after a few months, regrowth of my sister's hair
was substantial, %26amp; continues to increase. I know a young man who had ';bald genes'; %26amp; started the program when he was only 20. You have to be diligent, (morning %26amp; evening), %26amp; IF YOU STOP USING IT YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE GROWTH YOU ACCOMPLISHED. It's a constant maintenance, %26amp; ';forever.';
I would never recommend anything without proof of its worth; ROGAINE IS effective. Unless hair loss is due to some other condition, a dermatologist cannot help you. I suspect it's never too early to start.
If your genes are programmed for you to be bald by a certain age, then I don't feel there is anyway to prevent it.
you can lose your hair through effects of stress so if all you do is worry about going bald then you could because of the stress you put yourself through i no it happened to my brother, pluss if going bald runs in the family theres nothing you or anyone can do to stop it

I gather it interacts or bothers your colitis? If so you should have mentioned it to him. If you did and he prescribed it and shouldn't have, you need to find another doctor.

i know....i used to eat a lot of chocolates and i used to get a lot of breakouts and everyone said that was because of the chocolates but when i stopped eating chocolates it didnt make my acne any better. so according to my knowledge.... acne is caused by the hormones stuff and not by what u eat so i am 100% confident that u should believe ur derm.
omg everyone thinks food causes acne.
thats somewhat true.
It is true that if you eat chocolate and greasy food alot, you will get acne, but there are a bajillion other causes.
I think clearly you are much more knowledgeable than your doctor. Who needs medical school when you have Yahoo! answers?

[looking for advice] -- Should I see a Dermatologist?
Okay, I've taken Proactiv for about 5 weeks now. I haven't seen a big improvement. At times, my face looks clearer, but for the most part it doesn't. And according to some people, it just looks completely worse. So Now, I'm considering visiting a dermatologist. Should I visit them, or wait out the process of Proactiv?[looking for advice] -- Should I see a Dermatologist?
First of all i ve to ask u why u take proactive, for treatin acne or something else, and whom advise u to take that ur self or ur G.P ....if u have acne and wanna treat that its better if u go to a dermatologist cuz we have many kind of acne and every one of them has his own treatment and drug....
Good luck[looking for advice] -- Should I see a Dermatologist?
you have too see your local gp(doctor)who will then refer you to see a dermatologist
good luck
Proactiv never helped for me. You should go to your doctor and have him/her recommend a dermatologist. I had really bad acne and my doctor recommended me to a dermatologist. I got on a medication called Accutane. It is VERY strong, but it worked great! Mention it to your doctor and see what he/she has to say. Good luck!
Proactiv is snake oil. It will do mostly nothing for you.
You should go see a dermatologist. There are a whole bunch of things that could actually help you that a dermatologist could recommend. In the worst cases, he might treat you with Accutane. Although it has its risks, it is very effective. A friend of mine who had very bad acne all her life, got treated with this at age 32. Her acne completely and permanently disappeared.
If you suffer from acne severe you should take oral antibiotics like doxycycline or minocycline along with topical treatment. It is better to consult a dermatologist.
Rather than waiting time over asking here. Rush to a specialist or dermatologist coz they only cant treat it better than asking medcines out here. Never be late to reach doctor or else they say...sorry its too late...!

I live in tondo, manila and I have been to different dermatologists in the metropolis san juan de dios hospital, manila doctors hospital, skin health clinic in sm san lazaro....please give me specific details who where and how much is the base consultation fee and the products more or less if it will be my first visit how much would it all cost with the products..I need the best and affordable dermatologist in manila area.....details?
Im from NYC and there, going to the dermatologist is free. Its free because of insurance and products are free as well. Make sure you get insurance because it enables you to not hestiate but rather act knowing that your skin problems won't hurt your wallet. I saved $8000 U.S. dollars (340,640.00 PHP) on my treatment for severe acne by doing that. The best part is that I'm sure you can do the same in Manila too. Don't waste your money on store products other than for your moisturizing needs since many give different reactions. You should have stated what you needed to see the dermatologist for so we can be given a better picture of what the best dermatologist is for you. Some don't accept insurance so make sure to call first. Just look up their phone numbers either through the internet or phone book. The best dermatologists are:
1. Vinson Pineda - Dr. Vinson Pineda is noted as the Father of Philippine Dermatology. He has been the moving force behind Dermclinic, the Philippines鈥?leading chain of dermatology centers nationwide. He is also among the first to introduce the cosmetic use of Botox in the Philippines.
2. Sylvia Huang - Sylvia Huang is a respected dermatologist and beauty expert in the Philippines. She specializes in severe acne problems and has a long line of patients in her clinic in Greenhills, San Juan, Manila.
3. Vicky Belo - Vicky Belo is a cosmetic and marketing pioneer in the Philippines. She is considered very pricey.
4. Filomena Montinola - Sixty-five years old Filomena Montinola is considered an institution in dermatology in the Philippines. i go here like, every month. :) i like it coz its the actual doctor who does the facials and stuff. facials are only 500 pesos, but the products are pretty pricey. it depends on what products are prescribed for you but to give you an idea, mine was about 5k.
i dont live in manila sorry
He is best known for his milestone works on Minoxidil 鈥?a world-renowned hair-restorer and Tretinoin 鈥?a scientifically proven remedy for wrinkles and acne.
A general dermatologist, she specializes in acne, skin peeling, and botox psoriasis. She is the chairman of the Department of Dermatology in Asian Hospital and Medical Center.
5. Manny Calayan - Manny Calayan is one of the country's most prominent cosmetic surgeons for celebrities and socialites. He specializes in cosmetic surgery such as noselifts, eyebags removal, liposuction, breast enlargement, among others.
6. Gio Dimayuga - Gio Dimayuga is a Makati Medical Center trained dermatologist. He specializes in dermatology involving botox, acne, lasers, minor cospmetic surgery except liposuction. Anyone who has been to the Dermatologist ..?
I'm 18 and finally have gotten the courage to go to a dermatologist. My appointment is tomorrow and I'm so nervous! I was just wondering if anyone knew what I should expect?
As far as skin problems go, I'm looking to clear up my face of a few SMOOTH acne scars (really a discoloration), blackheads on my nose and to clear up the few zits I've been getting.
What do you think he would recommened as far as treatments go? And what should I expect when I walk in? (like him looking at my face and stuff).
I'm just SO nervous and afraid hes going to say he can't do anything for my face! I need someone to ease my fears LOL
If you had any experiences with a Dermotologist please share!
Thanks guys :]Anyone who has been to the Dermatologist ..?
ha ha wow. i just had mine like..the day before yesterday. i was the same way, nervous. but it wasn't much really. mine only took like 5 minutes? lol its not much. they just look at your face study it, ask some questions about like how long has this been going on, if u do any sports, or how u clean your face. things that have to do with how your blackheads, zits, pimples, started. then after that, they'll give you some medication stuff to use on your face. like a cleanser or lotion or even both. it really depends on whats the case of your face. my dermatologist ALSO recommended for me to have a treatment, all they would do in the treatment is like treat your pimples and take out blackheads and stuff. (and I've been to a spa where they take out your blackheads and stuff. it doesn't hurt what-so-ever) the stuff might be a bit pricey but most of the time its worth it! [: don't worry you'll be absolutely fine :DAnyone who has been to the Dermatologist ..?
I see a dermatologist every year for my annual skin check up. Just a few weeks ago I saw her and she suggested something to clear up my acne. Your dermatologist will probably give you a prescription for a topical treatment like Benzaclin and possibly an oral medication. I've been using these for about a week and I see a huge difference on my face. As far as what to expect when you go in, the nurse will ask you a few questions, like if you're on any medications, and if you have any concerns. Then you'll have to change into one of those paper robes. Your dermatologist will examine you from foot to head most likely, checking for any skin abnormalities.
Your dermatologist will definitely be able to help your face, so don't worry. It's nothing to worry about!
Have fun and don't be nervous! It'll all be fine. =]
Don't worry, you'll probably walk out happy. Dermatologists understand how much better your self-esteem is when you have good looking skin, and it's their chosen job to help you out. S/he'll look at your skin, ask some questions, and that's it! Easy peasy.philosophy

Dermatologist and makeup artist?
I REALLy want to be a dermatologist/ makeup artist when i grow up!! I want to have my own skincare makeup line that is all natural and healthy for your skin. ANy suggestions for schools or anything else?Dermatologist and makeup artist?
If you are 18, you can go get trained to be an ethestician. It is a profession where you learn about facials, skin care, face massages, makeup, etc... Once you pass the test, you would get your license and start working at the salons. I think you can use that license to work at a dermatologist office. To become a dermalogist, it may take some years of studying in beauty school or health school. Good Luck!!!

Does it hurt to get a wart removed by a dermatologist?
not usually. docs try to be nice and keep procedures from being painful if they can. most of the time they gave a small numbing shot to help control pain.
Sucess with anti androgens and who prescribes them your ob/gyn or dermatologist?
my dermatologist says i should refer to my obgyn but i was wondering if this is common or is my dermatologist just behind in the times....Sucess with anti androgens and who prescribes them your ob/gyn or dermatologist?
Usually anti-androgens are precribe by gynecologists and/or better gynecologist-endocrinologist because most probably you have excess hair grow (hirsutism) which is a symptom (very often) of PCOS which should be treated and monitored by gynecologists.
These are most common simptoms of PCOS:
1. rare menstruations (oligomenorrhea),
2. policyctic ovaries (many/multiple cycts),
3. anovulatiry cycles,
4. infertility,
5. increased hair grow in ';not feminine places'; (face, breasts, etc.)
6. increased level of testosterone and LH
