I'm looking for a dermatologist that does alot of cosmetic work as well. I got a bad nose job and now need to fill in a ';dent'; in my nose. I hear there is something new that lasts 2 years. Definitely check out the Lindsay House on East Avenue. There are 2 different parts...one is the Q Medical Spa which does injections, facials , hair removal etc. and then there is the surgery center. Very trustworthy and reputable. What you probably want for your nose is Restalyne or some other filler to fill in the ';bump'; I've seen it on tv before too...some opt for it instead of a nose job.
