What kind of work do they do and what is the job on a daily basis?
How much do they usually make and do you have to go to medical school for it or just a 2 year degree somewhere?
thanks!!!What is it like being a dermatologist?
Dermatologists are Medical Doctors. They go to university, medical school, they intern, and they complete a residency program. During the residency program they choose to specialize in Dermatology.
Dermatologists deal with skin conditions. My Dermatologist also injects people with Botox if they want it. But she mainly focuses on skin conditions and skin diseases.
I don't know how much they make.
If you don't mind dealing with skin day in and day out then it might be the career for you.
If Medical School is not for you, then becoming a Medical Assistant or Physician's Assistant might be the next best thing. You can get your degree in that and work for a Dermatologist.
