If you're going to commit to this routine, then you might want to invest in a Britta water filter. That way you can just use your tap water, and the filter will remove any impurities. It's not the cheapest of things to buy, but if you'll be drinking two litres per day then you'll definitely get your money's worth (and of course it will work out cheaper in the long-run, compared with buying mineral water each day)

Your dermatologist sounds very ' new age ' to suggest you drink only bottled mineral water. Ask the silly cow to pay for it!

Tap water is just as good if not better. Some trials have been done on bottled water and they found all sorts of nasties that are not in tap water. Besides, you don't know how the shop has stored your bottle water, do you?

A friend of mine runs a shop and his dog cocks his leg on the bottles of water. Do you wash the outside of the bottle before you drink it?
Your dermatologist clearly thinks you have more money than sense! Drinking tap water is perfectly fine.
get a water filter that you attach to your sink . that should do the trick.good luck.
