Yes - It's just a skin doctor. But most things that are common like nail fungi can be easily diagnosed by even a basic doctor you go to for a check-up or for a bad cold.

They are doctors that specialize in the skin....Acne...Moles...warts and stuff

I believe podiatrists would look at infected nails. (if it's on your foot I assume) If your having a problem with your fingernails, you could simply go to your regular doctor and they could refer you to another place.
Okay a dermatologist is a person who looks at your skin. If you have acne or even warts maybe a weird freckle or mole you would go see a dermatologist. If you had an infected nail try seeing what your primary phyiscian can do about it. If they do not feel qualified to treat your hand then ask them for a referance to someone else.
