Ask the Dermatologist.Why would my dermatologist tell me not to use moisturizer anymore? Now my skin is so dry. What do I do?
Stop using soap on your skin in the shower/bath. Take only lukewarm showers every other day and rinse well but do not use soap. Soap dries out your skin and lotions are full of chemicals, unless you can make your own or buy organic, natural skin care products. You may also be allergic to a chemical in lotions.
