What's the process you have to go through to become a dermatologist after med-school in British Columbia?

After you finish med school, you apply for Residency Matching. Dermatology is under ';Surgery'; specifically and it is a very competitive field because of the cushy hours (generally 9 to 5). Once you get accepted in a Dermatology placement, you do a residency, where you get paid but much less than a ';real'; derm. There is an extra year of classes and about 4 years of residency, for a total of 5 years after med school. Then you write your exam to get licensed as a specialist in Dermatological Medicine.
