Which Dermatologist will you go to if you were me?

Say there is a dermatologist who is covered by your insurance and it would only cost you $100, he's great at what he does but he doesnt think or is very reluctant to give you a procedure. He thinks your skin is just fine although you dont think so. Then there is another derm. who is $370 also great and is very open to give you a procedure and sees exactly why you want to get it and think it is for you. Which would yo go to??Which Dermatologist will you go to if you were me?
