Are there dermatologist in the army?

I get shipped out for basic pretty soon and just wanted to no if there are Dermatologist in the Army. I get ingrown hairs on my scalp and its a reoccurring thing. There not contagious and they don't pose a serious health problem, they just look ugly. Do you think they would medically discharge me.Are there dermatologist in the army?
