Loosing your hard? Do you mean loosing your hair?
Hard what? If you are talking of the reproductive organ ,always a doctor and never seek advice from anybody else .If it is something else then the expert in that line.
I'd say a doctor, who could give you a referral to a specialist (urologist, preferrably ;) if needed.
